’My classes are based on hatha yoga practice but incorporate other elements normally linked to performance, dance and singing warm-ups with meditation, visualization and relaxation, which I have connected and combined: there are pilates, mudras, yoga nidra (visualization meditation) and sounds are encouraged but nothing is forced... and most importantly it is about relaxing, balancing and listening to the body in calm surroundings.’
