On Monday 2 March 2009 Sadler’s Wells goes truly global, launching an international online dance contest. Marking the start of a four-year worldwide competition that offers an annual winner a cash prize and the chance to perform at the UK’s leading dance house, Sadler’s Wells is calling all dancers and choreographers aged over 18 to take part.
The TippingPoint Commissions are a new initiative for professional artists who wish to create new performance work in the context of climate change.

The Live Art Development Agency was founded in 1999 to support the proliferation of Live Art practices and critical discourses in the UK and internationally. The Agency is celebrating its tenth anniversary through a special series of projects including ten commissions of ‘anniversary presents’ especially created by artists for sale on Unbound, and ten commissions of short artists’ films about and around Live Art that will be posted online each month throughout 2009.
