About this position
Public Engagement is one of five key pillars of the organisation, and consists of the Audience Insight, Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Visitor & Friends Experience teams. The department is responsible for engaging a wide range of audiences in the activities of the RA, driving attendance and reaching revenue goals, as well as building the RA brand and working with our colleagues to support the wider business goals of the RA.
As Office Administrator in our unique charity, your main purpose is to ensure the smooth day to day management of the office and to provide excellent customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

The Swimmer are a two piece self-styled goth-pop band heralding from North London. Hannah Melbourn (vocals) and Ben Tarrant-Brown (keyboards, guitars) form a musical duo who have been writing music together for several years. The band take their inspiration from artists such as Portishead, PJ Harvey, Nine Inch Nails and The Knife. The duo have also put together a new track on Soundcloud called "Tombstones" inspired by a trip they took together last year to Snowdonia.
