MyStreet has today launched its national competition to give everyone the chance to tell their stories about where they live, through film. These stories are all linked to postcodes and contribute to an ever-evolving digital map of the UK.
Deter Fletcher makes his directorial debut with Wild Bill, a film which tells the story of a man who returns from 8 years in prison to find his 2 sons have been abandoned by their mother.
You can catch it at the Genesis CInema in Mile End THIS Saturday (24th March) followed by a Q&A with the man himself.

Red Herring is looking for a male performer to join our pool of performers for That’s The Way To Do It! – a hilarious and provocative Punch and Judy Show for outdoor events, produced by Time Won’t Wait.
Viktoria Modesta is probably more famous for her flawless hair,make-up and wardrobe, but that's soon to change- her first single is out in May 2012, showcasing her dinstinctive voice in 'Only You'. The Video is directed by Thomas Knights.

When the Ian Dury and the Blockheads song ‘Reasons To Be Cheerful (Part 3)’ was originally released by Stiff Records in 1979 it was accompanied by a special poster which, soon after the release of the single, disappeared into the mists of popular music folklore. Fast-forward 31 years to 2010 and with rehearsals for REASONS TO BE CHEERFUL in full swing Sir Peter Blake joined the list of the show’s famous supporters and kindly donated 100 full-colour re-prints of the original promotional poster for ‘Reasons To Be Cheerful (Part 3)’.
