Art Night is a free contemporary art festival that puts art into extraordinary locations around London for one night a year. Think innovative artistic content, from music and dance, to performance, visual arts and video. And now, they're looking for a confident and outgoing individual to be their Head of Events and Partnerships.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:  
• Sponsorship and Partnership management; • Development of the Patrons Circle (patron scheme, individual and group engagement, special events);
• Overseeing Art Night’s VIP Programme (e.g. Art Night Talk and Party, artists’ studio visits, preview tours and behind the scenes); • Liaise with sponsors and partners regarding sign off materials and delivery of benefits; • Liaise with host partners on logistics of VIP and Public Events and
ensure post event follow-up;
• Draft a Partnership Evaluation reports for Main Sponsors following the festival.

Must haves:  
• Confident and outgoing, used to networking and experience in outward facing roles  
• Well spoken, with great presentation and communication skills  
• Well informed about the art world and capable of coming up with creative content for VIP events
• Prepared for a fluid role where hands on work outside the immediate scope of the role will be required  
• Independent and prepared to work in a demanding start up environment with changing schedules, high number of stakeholders involved and regular urgent matters
