"What are you doing?" A security guard asks me. My mind is swimming with the events of the last few days, and I am just waking up.
"I’m going to The Bella Centre. I need to stop the summit." I reply.
“Do you know where you are?”
Yesterday I took a 'walk' in a cornfield. This is the life, I thought, as the fresh air swirled about my cheeks. Every night I collapse into my tent and listen to the trees rustle. Fortified by cider and the nightly fireside singsong I pass into deep, dark sleep.
The road, I am learning, is a school all of its own. It brings adventures, it injects a new psychology. I came on this tour partly to see England and praise the lord I’m getting a truckload of Albion. I’ve seen motorways and grassy hedges, picture post card villages, cottages under sleepy thatch, been growled at by provincial landlords and even attended bonkers church services.

I am going to take a journey. It will be, I suppose, a kind of green pilgrimage where the mind is opened and the toes bleed. This journey by the way has a name.

There is a intriguing fad at the minute for throwing performance and food together. The Aero Banquet by The White Blackbird and 'The Pale Blue Door' for example. On Saturday night I attended the latest collision of art and eats, the mysterious Tableau Vivant.
To be very honest I wasn't sure what to expect, the press release hinted at recreated paintings and theatrical goings on.
