Travelling cult event Unhinged Festival showcases household names and breaking artists from across the music, film, fashion, visual & performing arts worlds all under one roof.

Performers such as hip hop sensation GHOSTPOET (DJ set), world loopstation champion, festival favourite and beatboxing pioneer SHLOMO and singer and writer BEN OTTEWELL from the Mercury Prize winning indie-folk cult legends GOMEZ, share the limelight with breakthrough artists Lazarus & the Planecrash, pop diva Ysan Roche and hotly tipped blues trash rockers and vocal chameleons Quixote.

Surrounded by the two-tier Unhinged Exhibition which features everything from suspended sculptures, live painting showpiece by renowned street artist Blam, a screening of the worldwide acclaimed neo-Giallo short film Yellow, and a huge array of works from London’s finest painters, fashion designers, photographers and other visual artists.

Unhinged closes the night with DJ Christian Laing (creator of Buttoned Down Disco and Glastonbury favourite) rocking the heaving dancefloor into the early hours as he brings back his popular subsidiary club night, Cover to Cover, exclusively for Unhinged Festival.

Unhinged is an arts collective founded by artists Eimear Bruen and Cameron Laing, who moved to Berlin in 2011 and forged a philosophy in artistic presentation, which combined with huge press and radio support, brought an estimated 1200 people to the first ever Unhinged on a freezing Berlin night in early 2012. As the collective grew, the Unhinged team have been able to plan this bigger and even more extravagant follow up ‘London Unhinged’ with further shows planned in New York and Paris in 2013.

All proceeds from ticket sales go back into the collective’s efforts to keep creating events like this, and 10% of all profits go to the charity War Child. War Child International is a family of independent humanitarian organisations which work together to help children and young people affected by armed conflict.
