Curated by Anna the Hulagan, 'London's cult hula hooping artiste' (The Times) and Rowan Bryne, The London Hoop Fest wants you to stop and spin, join the revolution and see why hooping is hot and here to stay! With London’s Hooping All Stars teaching, like the world-renowned Marawa the Amazing (Britain's Got Talent), Nick Broyd (Hooping Idol Winner 2011), Anna the Hulagan (World Burlesque Triple Crown Winner 2012), plus others, you will learn what new wonders the hula hoop now offers - from circus to dance, the possibilities are limitless! Dance on down to Noise Control Sound System (Red Bull Sound Clash Champions). With DJ's playing an eclectic mix in Netil's massive warehouse; or rest and relax on their stunning roof terrace, complete with cocktail bar, compost loo's, jacuzzi’s and beautiful views. There is lunch included on both days, film screenings (of 2 short indie hoop films), London Fields on the doorstep, and the foodie's dream, Broadway Market down the road. And, you can shake and shimmy to your hoops content at the hoop disco planned for the Saturday night. This is all about London taking the circle by the hula... BE THERE OR BE SQUARE!

The event will be running from 10am on both Saturday and Sunday... There will be 4 workshops happening on each day, covering hoop-dance, hip hop hooping and circus hooping with a lunch included. On Saturday, when the workshops have finished there will be a viewing of 2 films, with cocktails and popcorn, followed by a hooping after party, complete with burlesque, cabaret and some super star dj's who have run areas at Glastonbury, Glade and Secret Garden Party!

The teachers will be Marawa the Amazing (Britain's Got Talent), Anna the Hulagan (World Burlesque Games Winner), Sharna Rose, Nick Broyd and Satya Belle... each teacher is bringing something different to the London Hoop Fest, from the basic to the original and advanced, catering for the total beginner or the enviously coordinated! Come and learn from the best this community has to offer!
