Two and four-legged friends alike are invited to tackle Battersea Dogs and Cat’s Home’s Muddy Dog Challenge 2016, which includes 2.5km and 5km runs in London and Windsor.

Taking place at Brockwell Park on Saturday 7th May and then Windsor Great Park on Saturday 21st May, this is the first obstacle course where animal lovers can compete with their dogs.

Entrants can either take part as owner and pet, or if your dog prefers to remain a spectator, humans are also invited to take on the challenge as a solo participant.

Choose to tackle the Muddy Mayhem of London’s Brockwell Park, or the woodlands of Windsor Great Park.

Battersea asks that participants raise a minimum sponsorship target of £10 to help care for the dogs and cats at their rescue centre, with the runners taking part last year raising an incredible £40,000 for the home.

Registration fees:

Entry until 1st May - £30

Dog entry £8.50

As part of your registration you will receive a finisher’s medal, t-shirt and goody bag. If entering a dog, they will get a free bandana to show off to all their pals in the park. You will also receive fundraising and training support for you and your dog.
