All In Your Head is a one-woman show based on real women’s accounts of coercive control and domestic abuse.

Following the success of its online premiere on Valentine’s day – All In Your Head, written by Safaa Benson-Effiom has been developed for a stage preview as part of Calm Down Dear.

With calls to domestic abuse helplines doubling since lockdown, this important performance responds to the shadow pandemic, shares stories unspoken and shines a light on the unseen.

The recommended viewing age is 14+
