‘The London Festival of the Art of Japanese Bondage’ at the Resistance Gallery
A thrilling, inspiring and educational four day festival feat. all the aspects of traditional and modern Japanese rope bondage. So, if you're tying skills are a little ropey, get ready to learn some really neat tricks!

So, if you and your partner want to bond, what a wonderful opportunity to do just that. If you have never seen shibari/kinbaku (Japanese bondage) be prepared to forget all your preconceptions about bondage. This experience, may just spur you and partner and to tie the knot! Packed full of inspiring workshops, music, drama, seminars, club nights and special kinbaku shows from international performers, you’ll be left gagging for more! For more juice, scroll down.

Life drawing & photography salon:

Fri 26th: The Art of Japanese Rope Bondage:
Art exhibitions, performances, fashion show, Japanese food, meet & greet:
Free: 7pm-2am

Sat 27th: Day of Shibari:
Workshops, seminars, instruction & food, plus rope free-for-all where you can tie or be tied with expert guidance on hand.
£30: 12pm-7pm.

Sat 27th: Night of the Rope:
Club & play party night with multiple Shibari performances, Dj’s & surprises.

Sun 28th: Day of Chishiki & Tanoshii (Knowledge & Fun):
