Typifying their knack for uncovering and supporting new acts, EYOE, who this year are celebrating 20 years of eclectic promotion across London, have stacked this opening night of VU15 with a dreamy line up highlighting everything we all love about them.

Filling Village Underground’s arches with magical sounds will be Vanishing Twin, taking us on an adventurous, avant garde, pop excursion. Kit Sebastian weaving a psychedelic tapestry of global influences and Pearz will be bringing a Balearic-Italio fusion of grooves. Platypus Complex will enchant us with genre hopping soundscapes that lead the listener on a journey, like a story with an unexpected ending. Keeping things moving in between our acts will be 52 Girls playing Disco, Post Punk, Funk & World grooves galore – expect to dance till 1am for our VU15 launch party!

Vanishing Twin – “One of the most original and exciting acts of the moment” - The Quietus

Kit Sebastian – Their music is a meeting point of different genres from Anatolian Psychedelia and Brazilian Tropicalia to 60’s European pop and American jazz.

Pearz – Pearz blends Italian cinematic nostalgia with contemporary sophisticated hip-hop jams and French touch coolness.

Platypus Complex – eclectic mix of genres ranging all the way from Latin American beats, to a mix of acid folk and psych rock.

We can't recommend enough reading the 'About' section on the VU website - such an awesome venue in how they support artists and retain strong relationships with our culture friends in Europe. Many of your will know on the rooftop are a bunch of tube carriages converted into affordable artist studios. Which tube line are the carriages from?
