Trees for Cities annual fundraiser the Tree-Athlon returns to Battersea Park on 17th September 2011 bigger and better than ever.
Urban tree-planting charity Trees for Cities bring back their annual Tree-Athlon to London's award winning Battersea Park on Saturday, 17th September.
Including a 5km fun run, 100m barefoot run record attempt, gifting of a sapling tree and a free exclusive Giles Deacon T-shirt for all participants it is not to be missed.
As well as the sporting events there will be live music and interactive street art on behalf of Noise of Art. All proceeds go to Trees for Cities allowing them to plant 1,000 new trees in the London area, making the most of our urban environment.
