China Moses
China Moses is the daughter of jazz legend Dee Dee Bridgewater. Now resident in London, China was born in Los Angeles but raised in Paris. At 18, she released her first single followed by albums in the soul/R&B area. After presenting for MTV France and Canal+ she started performing in the jazz world, producing the Dinah Washington homage, This One’s For Dinah (Blue Note). Her next offering Crazy Blues was hailed one as one the best Jazz albums of 2013 by The Times; her 2017 set of original compositions, Nightintales is still touring. She appeared in the original Cafe Society Swing production in London in 2012 and again in 2018, and in the same year co-presented and sang at the first UNESCO International Jazz Day in Paris.
