Saxophonist, composer and bandleader Matana Roberts presents three nights of performances and unique collaborations.

Roberts’ Coin Coin project is a multi-chapter work which has so far taken the form of three albums – and 9 more are promised. They are remarkable records, encompassing jazz, improvisation, experimentalism and other forms to create a unique soundworld, while never losing a sense of narrative or history.

For this series, she has invited like-minded performers to collaborate and create new work with her over three nights of performance. Guests include Leafcutter John (Polar Bear) and Alexander Hawkins.
