Aimée Portioli is a Berlin-based Dutch-Italian composer and sound designer who records and performs as Grand River.

Aimée Portioli creates a synesthesia of organic sounds, field recordings and electronically manufactured music. For Tuning The Wind, Portioli recorded different types of wind, musical layers and pitches, and ultimately brought them together in a swirling composition. That swirl of soundwaves will quite literally arise during Aural Spaces, where the compositions are flowing through the space, all around you.
