Since emerging in 2013, clipping. have become known for their experimental take on rap music, combining it with glitched-out and abrasive instrumentals, taking influence from music concrete, power electronics and noise. In 2016, they released Splendor and Misery, a kind of space opera set in some intergalactic dystopia. And it’s exactly as weird as that sounds.
