But in a chaotic, fragmented Indian city with dozy staff and and the troubles with his younger brother, the odds are stacked against him. Open City Docs Fest aims to to challenge ideas existing ideas about the limits of documentaries. Their series is designed to provoke debate and open minds through films about real life and to lend an ear to those voices that are not often heard.
