Ukrainian cinematographer’s homage to the Bolshevik revolution was filmed eleven years after the revolution and made cinematic history with its innovative stylistic devices and experimental editing.

To accompany the film, Ukrainian musician Anton Baibakov has composed a new score which he will perform live with pianist Sofia Turk.
The performance will begin punctually at 18.00 – and will be preceded by light refreshments from 17.00.  After the film and a brief conversation with the musicians, there will be a drinks reception in the coffee bar area.
EBRD staff members need not register; external guests will though have to register online, between 2 and 14 September.
