To celebrate 70 years of Academy history, BAFTA's headquarters at 195 Piccadilly opens its doors to the public.
Through a programme of screenings, talks and an exhibition, discover some of the many stories that tell a history of BAFTA and the changing role of film, television and games in all our lives.
The weekend includes an array of film-focused events and talks, including a selection of films from BAFTA-winning directors, a talk on the costumers and styles of some of BAFTA’s most notable Costume nominees by fashion historian Amber Butchart, as well as a showcase of unseen photography from the BAFTA archives and Fashion an all-night screening of cult films nominated in their special effects categories.
