A double bill of works from Fernanda Muñoz-Newsome and Eleanor Sikorski that focuses on being and adapting and how small things can evoke a sense of awe or wonder.

Something Purple: My Whole Body Overflows With Thought by Fernanda Muñoz-Newsome

This work has had 5 different lives, 5 spaces, 5 audiences, this will be the 6th.

Where will she or I go next? Is unfolding always a messy thing? Can you hold me?

We are in translation, transformation, we are constantly adjusting to the heaviness and lightness of being, adapting to incoming information. Seeing, touching, tasting what we are drawn toward and spitting out what no longer can be held.

Peek-A-Boo With The Apocalypse by Eleanor Sikorski, in collaboration with James Morgan

Peek-a-boo is a new performance which straddles Eleanor’s emotional relationship to the end of the world and her D.I.Y., technical fascination with the theatrical reveal. She is looking for how small things can evoke a sense of awe or wonder. Bodies, objects and colours lead the way.
