What might the world be like in decades to come? Nesta (National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts) ask our Guest Editor the hot questions on Future Democracy, Future Global, Future Machines, Future Money, Future Music - and Future Thrills!

The man with the answers is Pat Kane. The one time pop star and activist talks to writer Patrick Hussey about the big ideas behind FutureFest, the 'Glastonbury of the Future' he's curated for Nesta. Hear about his job share with Edward Snowden, robots stealing arts funding and why artists need to get back to the future.

Pat Kane's top recommendations include The Hard Problem at the National Theatre, History is Now: Seven Artists Take on Britain at the Hayward Gallery, and the film Chappie - a robo flick due for release later this year.

Cult artist Marisa Carnesky presents her cabaret at the BGWMC. TEDxEastEnd 2015 returns to Oval Space feat some of our fave thinkers and doers - check out the line-up. Take the Money and Run? at Toynbee Studios sees a collection of frontline producers discus ethical fundraising. Into Broadcasting? Head to Antique Beat: Salon No 23. Calling all Women of the World - head to the Royal Festival Hall for a preview of your festival! IQ2 debate AI - will robots destroy our livelihoods? And - VAULT Festival host their riotous opening party!
