Visit that space between sleep and dreams where you can relax amongst London's most beautifully adorned party set and escape to the cabaret scene of 1920s Berlin.

Located at the historic vaults of Adam Street, The Impudent Muse will transport you to a world of decadent, dissolute entertainment where live theatre is merged with exotic burlesque, Dixieland jazz and dancing till dawn.

Entertainment:

Live music from the fabulous Dixie Ticklers, one of the UK’s most respected acoustic trad jazz bands. The Ticklers are guaranteed to get you moving as they take you back to 1920's New Orleans with their exemplary interpretations of the music of the golden age of jazz.

International burlesque sensation Marianne Cheesecake will wow us with her wild and erotic homage to the legendary Josephine Baker's scandalous 1920s 'Danse Banane'. Theatre Lab Company will be performing a series of dark and brooding vignettes from Bertolt Brecht's satirical 1928 play The Threepenny Opera.

With her red hair and ivory skin, Billie Rae is a unique Burlesque performer with grace and poise reminiscent of the bohemian starlets and vamps of the 1920's. Whether dancing with fire or weaving her fans, Ms Rae can take you back to the truly decadent and strange world of smoky Opium dens, the promiscuous Casbahs and the lavish bordellos of the hedonistic Belle Epoque.

DJ Swingin' Dickie will keep you dancing till dawn!

Dress Code The roaring 20s, the glamorous 30s... ladies think flappers, débutantes, Theda Bara, Louise Brooks, Anita Berber, early Chanel, Marlene Dietrich, Clara Bow... Men think white tie, The Great Gatsby, Brideshead, military mess...

Do dress fabulously! The dress-code will be enforced!
