London based theatre company Tamasha who brought you the original stage play of East is East amongst others are thrilled to present Snookered by new playwright Ishy Din - a co-production with Bush Theatre. Set in a snooker hall in the North of England this gritty, explosive drama tells the story of three friends who meet on the anniversary of their friend's death to play pool and drink. Snookered opens a window on the lives of these young British Muslim men, part of a 'snookered' generation; burdened with cultural expectations yet charged with personal dreams.
