Artsadmin’s Artists' Bursary Scheme

Artsadmin’s Artists' Bursary Scheme has been running since 1996 and has supported over 200 artists working in contemporary performance practices.

The 2016-17 round of the scheme was launched on 14 January, with generous support from Jerwood Charitable Foundation, Arts Council England, Harold Hyam Wingate Foundation and the Mercers’ Company.

Audition: Anton Mirto Company

Anton Mirto is looking to create a new company comprised of experimental dancers, performers with movement awareness and video artists.

Deborah Rogers Foundation - Writers Award: £10,000

An award of £10,000 will be presented to a first-time writer whose submission demonstrates literary talent and who needs financial support to complete their work:

- Submissions should take the form of 20-30,000 words of a work in progress, fiction or non-fiction, which is not under option or contract
- Applications are only open to writers who have not previously published a full length book
- Entrants must write in the English language and reside within the British Commonwealth and Eire

Hackney Children's Theatre variety call out

Hackney Children’s Theatre is East London’s newest project for children’s theatre. Based in St John at Hackney Church E5 it presents monthly, affordable, professional theatre made for children audiences.
