salary: £21,000-£24,000

The Tricycle Theatre is recruiting a new Head of Finance and Operations.

The Tricycle is located on the busy and vibrant Kilburn High Road. It currently comprises a 236-seat theatre, a 300-seat cinema and three further workshop spaces. The theatre aims to produce and present an ambitious range of new work that explores new territories, that develops and nurtures emerging creative talent, that speaks to and challenges a young diverse audience, and that enhances the intercultural understanding and collaboration.

The Head of Finance and Operations is responsible for the development and implementation of the Tricycle’s strategic and financial policies, ensuring that the organisation stays within its financial targets, and working closely with the Artistic Director & CEO and Executive Producer to help maximise the Tricycle’s resources and realise its artistic, financial and operational objectives.                                              

The post holder will lead the day - to - day operations of the Finance Department, reporting directly to the Executive Producer/Deputy CEO who has overall oversight of the financial and operational aspects of the organisation.

In delivering their role, the Head of Finance and Operations is expected to work in close consultation and collaboration with the Creative Learning and Development departments, Box Office, Operations Department, and Administrative Manager.
