Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro-rata)

As part of a small team, you will shape and implement the fundraising strategy across Pacitti Company and its SPILL brand. Building on existing relationships with key trusts and foundations, you will look to extend and grow the portfolio of those supporting the Pacitti Company work.

You will look to match the company activities to other grant-making organisations in the UK, Europe and beyond, and further the patron base. You will support the team in developing the Pacitti Company earned revenue streams and other added value offers. You will work closely across the team to identify fundable projects and research and identify appropriate prospects. You will progress and write compelling grant applications, cultivating a resilient future for the exciting organisation.
