Higginson-Hurst Hoarding Photo competition

Higginson-Hurst is a new illustration agency set up by Print Club London director Kate Higginson and Cure studio founder James Hurst. Together they have brought together a collective of considerable talent, soon to be showcased free for the public on a temporary exhibition curated by Cure Studio. Artists Daisy Fletcher (above), Paul Bommer, Chrissie Abbott, Damien Frost and Esra Roise(portraits of Kate and James below)are just some of the names on the agencies books. They'll be decorating the Hoxton hoarding boards concealing Alan Yau’s new Busaba Eathai restaurant whilst it is built. The hoarding will change every two weeks and will feature work from A Child of Jago, HigginsonHurst, VNA magazine and Big Antidote. Studio SRK have been commissioned to document the process of each exhibition being installed, which will be shown as a film both at the launch event and on digital screens used at the Busaba Eathai restaurants.

The best photos of the hoarding uploaded to flickr tagged with 'hoxtondisplay' will win meals and prizes. The hoarding can be found at 313-319 Old Street (on the junction with Rufus Street by White Cube)
