Beck’s To Fund New Art With Green Box Project

Beck's will deploy thirty art-filled Green Boxes over the summer.

Beck's has launched a new campaign: The Green Box Project. Over the next three years, the beer brand will bankroll a total of 1,000 pieces of art, which will then be displayed via augmented-reality in Green Boxes.

The 6.5-foot cubes - thirty of which will be deployed this summer - will be located around the world, with art-fans finding them via the Beck's app.

The app also features exclusive content, including interviews with the artists and behind-the-scenes footage. Artists can also use it to find out how to submit proposals for taking part.

Fashion photographer Nick Knight and DJ and producer Sam Spiegel will curate the competition, choosing which submissions will make the cut.
