The London Feminist Film Festival is after submissions.
The guidelines are as follows:
• Women directors from any country may enter. In the case of multiple directors, all should be women.
• Films should deal with feminist issues and/or be feminist in their representation of women.
• Films can be of any length or genre, and from any year.
Amnesty International's Secret Comedy Podcasts feature the best up-and-coming comedians working in the UK today alongside household names. Throughout August they are back at the Edinburgh Festival for an extended run of 15 shows with hosts Julian Clary, Ed Byrne, Alan Davies, Jo Caulfield, Christian O'Connell and John Moloney.

Marking the culmination of the ICE 2013 project, the celebration day will involve music, art, ice science workshops, ice-cream making and activities for our visitors and will hopefully attract considerable media attention.

The Floating Cinema, a unique floating structure designed by Duggan Morris Architects, is on the hunt for twelve ‘Extra-Ordinary’ EastLondoners to give their personal East End tour live on board the boat on 24 August 2013.
The twelve ‘Extra-Ordinary’ Londoners selected from entrants to the ‘My East London’ competition, will form part of a floating tour broadcast live on the Floating Cinema website on 24 August 2013 and featured in a short film.
