Sponsor East End Film Festival Director Alison Poltock on the Moonwalk

Have you ever been in London and all of a sudden you're surrounded by thousands of women marching in their bra's? It's happening again on 12 May, and Alison will be among them - read her story here.
Fifteen years ago, thirteen women power-walked the New York City Marathon in their bras to raise money and awareness for breast cancer. What started out as a one-off fundraising event, has blossomed into a thriving multi-million pound charity, raising to date in excess of £75 million for vital breast cancer causes. Our festival director has joined a team of around 30 writers, actors, presenters and others in the media to take part in the midnight Moonwalk in May 2012…
Last year the team raised £50,000 for Walk the Walk. They are hoping that this time they can trump that amazing record.
“I’m walking with an amazing bunch of women and all for a very important cause, so all donations would be gratefully received. You can donate to us as a team, or if you want to sponsor me personally you need to select ‘Alison Poltock’ on the donations page. Many thanks!”
For more information, please visit the Moonwalk website here.
