An multi-media exhibition showcasing some of the most dynamic work being made by emergent artists.

Dates and Times: Wed 05 Dec 2018 - Sun 24 Feb 2019, 11:00 - 18:00.

Bloomberg New Contemporaries returns to the South London Gallery for the first time since 1999. Guest selectors Benedict Drew, Katy Moran (New Contemporaries alumni 2006) and Keith Piper (New Contemporaries alumni 1986) have chosen 57 artists for the annual open submission touring exhibition.

The exhibition spans the South London Gallery’s main site and the Fire Station, and features drawing, painting, sculpture, installation, performances and video. Migration, borders, cultural and gender identity, as well as the use of technology are strong thematic threads running through the works on show.
