The ACBF is back for another crazy conceptual take on the agency of the car boot phenomenon with a plush line-up of London's most arty hipsters from Sir Peter Blake and Dr Hooper to Tracey Emin and the BGWMC! Renowned artists mix with those lesser known in a free for all jumble of makeshift beauty, fun and fertile imagination. In the past there’s been Gavin Turk selling framed found objects, bingo and karaoke with BGWMC al fresco, Whoopee stage shows, Dr Hooper’s bottled lightning, Mini horse races, Bob and Roberta Smith’s apathy prop, Le Gun’s tattoo service, street portraits (where the sitters’ all wear disguise), Aunt Sally’s, Sarah Baker’s Blingy merchandise, a potter’s wheel, badges of people who look a bit like a famous pop star, and other handmade trinkets of every conceivable form. A truly bizarre bazar of definitively London talent and humours. You’re guaranteed to leave with a smile on your face, and a memento or two of a great day out, plus still have change for the bus!

Also, seek out The Bethnal Green Working Men's Club, whose Workers will be shaking their Car booty. Go join them at the HEART BAR where they'll be making the most fine RAT ARSED cocktails (ingredients tbc)! They'll have LIVE MUSIC from BUSTER SHUFFLE! They'll have LIVE KARAOKE! They'll have LIVE BINGO from MR. STEVEN SMORTHITT! There'll be a TEACUP IN A STORM by artist JOSHUA KNOWLES! There'll be a 'making stuff' boutique hosted by HUNGAMUNGA! And! Other good taste treats that really capture the exquisite essence of Working Men - including SCANTILY CLAD VIXENS, POSERS and TATTOO ARTISTS!
